This Privacy Policy explains what information CrowdSurfer: Dive In ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, how it's used, and your choices. By playing, you agree to this policy.
CrowdSurfer is rated for ages 13 and up and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
On your device (local only). The Game saves your progress, stars, scores, equipped pick, owned albums, power-ups, and audio settings to your device's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us by the base game.
We do not ask for your name, email, address, or phone number to play.
Purchases. If you buy an album or other content, the transaction is handled by Apple or Google (and, where used, a billing provider such as RevenueCat). We receive a confirmation that a purchase occurred so we can unlock content; we do not receive your full payment details.
Advertising. The Game may show ads. Ad providers (for example Google AdMob or AppLovin) may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve and measure ads, subject to your device's privacy settings and our child-directed flags. See "Third parties" below.
Hosting / logs. The web version is served by Vercel, which may process standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) to deliver and secure the site.

You can clear all locally-stored data at any time by clearing your browser's site data or deleting/reinstalling the app. You can limit ad tracking in your device settings. Depending on where you live (e.g., EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data — contact us to exercise them.
Local game data persists on your device until you clear it. We take reasonable measures to protect data handled by our providers, but no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
We may update this policy as the Game evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the Game or on this page.
