Terms of Service

CrowdSurfer: Dive In · Last updated: June 15, 2026

Template notice: these are good-faith starting terms. Have a lawyer review them before launch, and note that Apple/Google add their own required terms (e.g., the standard EULA) on top.

These Terms govern your use of CrowdSurfer: Dive In ("the Game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't play.

1. Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Game or its content except as allowed by law.

2. Purchases & virtual items

The Game may offer paid content (e.g., albums) and virtual items (e.g., cosmetic picks, power-ups). Virtual items are a licence, have no real-world value, and are non-transferable. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their refund policies — contact the relevant store for refund requests. Prices and availability may change.

3. Advertising

The Game may display ads, including from third-party networks. We aren't responsible for the content of third-party ads or any sites they link to.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Game to break the law, infringe others' rights, cheat or exploit other players, or interfere with the Game's operation or security.

5. Intellectual property

The Game, the "CrowdSurfer" name and logo, the band, characters (including Izzy), artwork, music, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Nothing here transfers any of those rights to you.

6. User & partner content

If you submit content (for example, a band submitting music for a Band Pack), you confirm you have the rights to it and grant us the rights needed to feature it in the Game. Specific partnerships are covered by separate agreements.

7. Disclaimers

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

9. Changes & termination

We may update the Game and these Terms over time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Questions: support@crowdsurfer.game.
